Shop with confidence this Christmas. We have not extended our returns policy until JANUARY 7th to cover the Christmas period.
If you are unhappy with your goods we will issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 14 days of receiving your order, unworn, unwashed, complete with all original tags, and in re-sellable condition.
Refunds are available for online orders only, all in-store purchases are only eligible for an exchange or credit note for the value of the item.
NORTHERN THREADS do not cover the cost of returned items and also can not refund the carriage charge of the original order (unless the product/s are deemed faulty)
All faulty returns are sent to the manufacturer for inspection. If deemed faulty by the manufacturer, a full refund will then be issued.
When returning goods they must be well packaged to avoid any damage in the post. If returning footwear it must be in it's original box and undamaged. Footwear returned without the original box will not be accepted unless faulty.
ALL ORDERS ARE DOUBLE CHECKED TO ENSURE THAT THEY LEAVE IN PRISTINE CONDITION, THEREFORE NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR STOCK BEING MARKED/SOILED
UNDERWEAR POLICY - DUE TO HYGIENE REASON WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY UNDERWEAR PURCHASED
