WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

If you are unhappy with your goods we will issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 14 days of receiving your order, unworn, unwashed, complete with all original tags, and in re-sellable condition.

Refunds are available for online orders only, all in-store purchases are only eligible for an exchange or credit note for the value of the item.

WHAT IS A PRE ORDER?

A pre order gives you the opportunity to reserve an item before it has arrived, guaranteeing yourself a size. We offer this on selected items that are expected to sell out quickly. There are no set dates for the arrival of the item, but there are estimated arrival times on each product we have available. Payment is taken immediately like a standard order. 

CAN I ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

I'm afraid that we can not process orders over the phone as of yet.

CAN I PLACE ORDER ONLINE THEN COLLECT INSTORE?

We now offer a CLICK & COLLECT service (Buy online and collect instore at your convenience) ID required. If you choose this option and decide to try the item on instore, this subsequently withdraws your right to request a refund and you will then only be eligible for an exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.  

DO YOU OFFER A SATURDAY/SUNDAY DELIVERY SERVICE?

No. This service is currently unavailable.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We Are currently shipping on a Monday and a Friday with a Standard 3-5 working day delivery.  

All International orders should be received within 5 to 10 working days.

I AM A NON EU CUSTOMER, DO I PAY VAT ON MY ORDER?

If your are a buying outside of the EU the VAT 20% will be deducted off your order.

I AM A NON EU CUSTOMER, DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT DUTY/TAXES?

Import duty/taxes are the responsibility of the customer and customer only. Northern Threads is not responsible for any additional charges the customer may face after the transaction has been completed.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL?

After placing an order you will receive a confirmation email from us, confirming the status of the order (successful or declined).

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?

We can ship to BFPO addresses, please ensure you complete the billing address field as appropriate and the BFPO address as the delivery address.

DOES MY DELIVERY CHARGE GET REFUNDED?

Unfortunately we do not refund the original post & packing charges paid by you, so all refunds will be minus that specific amount.

THE ITEM I REQUIRE IS NOT AVAILABLE ON LINE, CAN YOU ORDER IT IN FOR ME?

I'm afraid discounts can not be used in conjunction with any other offers.

Of course! We offer worldwide delivery, just select your country at the checkout page.

WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF GIFT VOUCHER SALES?

PLEASE NOTE: That ONLINE Gift Vouchers can only be used ONLINE (not in store).

Our Gift Vouchers are sent electronically on the date you specify to the email address given. Payment for the gift voucher will be charged on purchase not on the date of issue and are valid for 12 months from issue. The value of the gift voucher is your choice.

Confirmation of the Gift Voucher will only be sent to the purchaser once the order is confirmed by Northern Threads. Gift Vouchers can only be cancelled by the purchaser within 1 hour of purchase and will not be valid until confirmation email received. Unwanted Gift Vouchers can not be returned and voucher codes can not be used to purchase another gift voucher.

Items bought using gift vouchers can be returned or exchanged but not refunded, only additional monies paid over and above the gift voucher will be refunded and a new gift voucher code will be issued. When a new gift voucher is issued it will expire on the same date as the original gift voucher.

If you spend more than your gift voucher value you can pay the additional money at checkout, if you spend less than the gift voucher value you will have a credit balance to use later using the same voucher code.

Using your gift voucher is easy just enter your unique code at checkout. You may purchase more than one gift voucher at the same time.
