Orders sent to anywhere in England, Wales and the majority of Scottish Postcodes are sent via DPD NEXT WORKING DAY or Standard 2-5 Day Delivery dependent on your delivery choice. All orders sent to anywhere located within a few Scottish postcodes, Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of White will be sent via Royal Mail.
All orders received before 2:30pm will be sent out on that day if you chose the DPD NEXT WORKING DAY service. Any orders received after 2:30pm will be sent out the next working day. During certain times of the year when order volumes are extremely high we cannot guarantee your order will be dispatched the same day if you order before 2:30pm. Orders placed on bank holiday weekends will be sent out on the next available working day. We do try our up most to dispatch all orders ordered before 2:30pm the same day, however in some instances this may be out of our control. If you are affected by this, we apologise for the inconvenience.
All CLICK & COLLECT ORDERS will be able to collect from our store located in 14 Ocean Road, South Shields. Customers should note that orders will be ready to collect when they receive the ORDER DISPATCHED email and not when the order is first placed.

Please Note: Any orders placed after 2:30pm on a Thursday will be dispatched on the Friday, and the item will be delivered on the next working day which will be the following Monday. Any orders placed on a Friday after the 2:30pm deadline will be sent out the next working day (Monday or Tuesday if it is a bank holiday) as postage is not available over the weekend period unless Saturday/Sunday delivery is selected (Ordered before 2:30pm Friday) . Please allow up to 48 hours from the estimated Delivery Date for your order to arrive. If the next day delivery service is purchased, delivery times are not specific and can be between the hours of 07.00 - 19.00.
Tracking Numbers are available on all orders if required.

Saturday/Sunday UK Delivery will be charged at £12.00 (Order must be placed before 2:30pm on Friday)

Shipments to Russia - Due to new regulations on shipments going to Russia you must provide both an email address and mobile telephone number when placing your order. Once your order has been shipped you will be contacted by a clearance broker on behalf of our courier FedEx who will begin the clearance process.
I AM A NON EU CUSTOMER, DO I PAY VAT ON MY ORDER?
If your are a buying outside of the EU the VAT 20% will be deducted off your order.
If you are unhappy with your goods we will issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 14 days of receiving your order, unworn, unwashed, complete with all original tags, and in re-saleable condition.
When returning goods they must be well packaged to avoid any damage in the post. If returning footwear it must be in it's original box and undamaged. Footwear returned without the original box will not be accepted unless faulty.
Please note that any charges incurred such as Import Tax are the responsibility of the customer and not that of Northern Threads. Under no circumstance will Northern Threads cover/pay/or refund the amount payed to import products into the customers specified delivery country.
ALL ORDERS ARE DOUBLE CHECKED TO ENSURE THAT THEY LEAVE IN PRISTINE CONDITION, THEREFORE NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR STOCK BEING MARKED/SOILED
