If you are unhappy with your goods we will issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 14 days of receiving your order, unworn, unwashed, complete with all original tags, and in re-sellable condition.
Refunds are available for online orders only, all in-store purchases are only eligible for an exchange or credit note for the value of the item.

WHAT IS A PRE ORDER?
A pre order gives you the opportunity to reserve an item before it has arrived, guaranteeing yourself a size. We offer this on selected items that are expected to sell out quickly. There are no set dates for the arrival of the item, but there are estimated arrival times on each product we have available. Payment is taken immediately like a standard order.
CAN I ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
I'm afraid that we can not process orders over the phone as of yet.
HOW DO I CLAIM MY 10% OFF MY FIRST ORDER?
When in your basket, enter the code 'FIRST10' in the discounts section to apply the code. Please note that the order value must be £75 or over and only applies to full price stock.
CAN I PLACE ORDER ONLINE THEN COLLECT INSTORE?
We now offer a BUY & COLLECT service (Buy online and collect instore at your convenience) ID required. If you choose this option and decide to try the item on instore, this subsequently withdraws your right to request a refund and you will then only be eligible for an exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
DO YOU OFFER A SATURDAY/SUNDAY DELIVERY SERVICE?
Yes we do offer this service at a cost of £12.00.
IS THE FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £75 APPLIED TO ALL ORDERS?
The FREE postage ONLY applies to FULL PRICE items OVER £75.
HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders from inside the UK will be dispatched within 24 hours of an order being placed. If order is made before 3pm GMT, your order should arrive withing two working days.
All International orders should be received within 5 to 10 working days.
I AM A NON EU CUSTOMER, DO I PAY VAT ON MY ORDER?
If your are a buying outside of the EU the VAT 20% will be deducted off your order.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL?
After placing an order you will receive a confirmation email from us, confirming the status of the order (successful or declined).
Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?
We can ship to BFPO addresses, please ensure you complete the billing address field as appropriate and the BFPO address as the delivery address.
