HOW DO I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICES?

CAN I ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
I'm afriad that we can not process orders over the phone as yet.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE  MY ORDER?
Orders from inside the UK will be dispatched within 24 hours of an order being placed.  If order is made before 3pm GMT, your order should arrive the next day.

All International orders should be recieved within 5 to 10 working days.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL?
After placing an order you will recieve a confirmation email from us, confirming the status of the order (successful or declined).

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?

We can ship to BFPO addresses, please ensure you complete the billing address field as appropriate and the BFPO address as the delivery address.

WHAT ARE YOUR POSTAGE AND SHIPING COSTS?

WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS NOT THE ITEM(S) I ORDERED?
Please contact us ASAP and we will despatch the correct product for you.  Other information is available in our Returns Policy section.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

DOES MY DELIVERY CHARGE GET REFUNDED?
Unfortunately we do not refund the original post & packing charges paid by you, so all refunds will be minus the amount.

THE ITEM I REQUIRE IS NOT AVAILBLE ON LINE, CAN YOU ORDER IT IN FOR ME?
Yes, we can order stock in that is not shown on our site if it is available at the supplier.  Please contact us on info@northernthreads.co.uk or call us on +44 (0) 191 4547358/4277677.

THE ITEM(S) ORDERED I HAVE RECEIVED IS FAULTY, WHAT DO I DO?
Please contact us ASAP by email or telephone and we will resolve the problem for you.

THE ITEM(S) I ORDERED LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE GOODS I RECIEVED, WHAT DO I DO?
Please contact us ASAP via email or telephone and we will resolve the problem for you, however colours may differ slightly depending on how your systems is set up.

I DO NOT LIVE IN THE UK, CAN I STILL ORDER FROM YOU?

Yes you can order from us but unfortunately we can not despatch goods to every country in the world.  If you have any problems please contact us aqt info@northernthreads.co.uk

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU USE ON YOUR SITE?
All prices are shown in £'s Pounds Sterling, NOT $ Dollars and NOT Euro's.  Any problems please contact us.

WHO DEALS WITH TRANSACTIONAL SIDE OF THE ORDER?
Payments on this website are processed by a third-party secure payment processor provided by SECPay.

You will be transferred directly to the SECPay website upon checkout, where you will be asked to enter your Credit / Debit card details.
