Delivery Details

Orders sent to anywhere in England, Wales and the majority of Scottish Postcodes are sent via Fedex48 or Next Day Delivery. Orders sent to anywhere located within a few Scottish postcodes, Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of White will be sent via Royal Mail.

All orders received before 3.00pm will be sent out on that day. Any orders received after 3.00pm will be sent out the next working day.

We are pleased to announce that we do offer a AM Saturday Delivery Service.

Please Note: Any orders placed for Next Day Delivery service after 3pm on a Thursday will be dispatched on the Friday, but due to Saturday delivery service being unavailable the item will be delivered on the next working day. Any orders placed on a Friday after the 3.00pm deadline will be sent out the next working day as postage is not available over the weekend period. Please allow up to 48 hours from the estimated Delivery Date for your order to arrive. If the next day delivery service is purchased, delivery times are not specific and can be between the hours of 07.00 - 19.00.

Tracking Numbers are available on all orders if required.

Orders are charges at £4.50 and £6.50 if next working day recorded delivery is required.

AM Saturday UK Delivery will be charged at £12.00

*FREE STANDARD POSTAGE on all orders OVER £50 (Full Price Items Only).

All orders will require a signature on delivery.

Eu orders will be charged £10.00 and will be via Royal Mail International Signed For.

Rest of World will be charged £20.00 and will be via Royal Mail International Signed For

I AM A NON EU CUSTOMER, DO I PAY VAT ON MY ORDER?
If your are a buying outside of the EU the VAT 20% will be deducted off your order.

If you are unhappy with your goods we will issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 14 days of receiving your order, unworn, unwashed, complete with all original tags, and in resaleable condition.  

When returning goods they must be well packaged to avoid any damage in the post.  If returning footwear it must be in it's original box and undamaged.  Footwear returned without the original box will not be accepted unless faulty.

ALL ORDERS ARE DOUBLE CHECKED TO ENSURE THAT THEY LEAVE IN PRESTINE CONDITION, THEREFORE NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR STOCK BEING MARKED/SOILED

UNDERWEAR POLICY - DUE TO HYGIENE REASON WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY UNDERWEAR PURCHASED

Note that Northern Threads does not take responsibility for goods lost in the post, so insure goods accordingly.
